I asked my guidance for some help as I was triggered by my son, feeling jugement for myself, wishing I had been able to be more peaceful in my interaction. My son left, and I sat to meditate, and asked for help from the Guides. They said quite matter of factly;
“All you need do is reside in your eternal self.”

In that moment, I realized that there was another option! To dwell within that part of myself that is eternal, unchanging, unlimited and un-fazed by the physical world. What a haven. When I made that shift I felt so peaceful.

It was like a cool breeze on a hot day.

Your Work As The One

Dear Ones, Good Morning!
Nothing exists that is not new and alive and free, nothing is “you” or “me” or “it” that is not also “us”: we are all One. Alive and free, whole and true, wise and wonderful exist side by side with all that is not that. Yet as the embodied One as a being of light and love, all these others exist as “us” too. Our work is to help them to see that and help them to create what they truly want at the level of their heart and soul and beingness.

THE ILLUSION GROWS THIN
Now is an especially potent time on earth for the enlivenment of the human form, as the structure of human life changes in deep and wondrous ways. This time is a great opportunity to know and have a deep level of fulfillment that was not possible before, as the true work of life becomes more evident and available and easy to decipher. You see, the world has been cloaked in mystery and the mystery is lifting for those who can see. You and many others are seeing the reality, the journey and the way to find freedom more easily from the captured illusions that Earth has presented in the past. The way is now evident, and the illusion finally grows thin. Yes! what a great joy to see and know this, it is like a window dark with dirt and mud is rubbed clean, and light now shines through, into the world where it was never visible before.
To help this there are some practices for living that will assist the light to further engage the Earth plane. I will list them for you.
LOVE
The illusion is most thick in places of activity aligned with the limited understanding that only matter is real, and all else must be proven to be considered. For example places like the densest prisons, and darkest institutions where there is no room for inspiration and no room for the light to shine. In these places what is best practiced is love. Love is like the light, it shines through the darkest grime that covers life.
Love: it hones the vision of that which projects love, as well as clears the vision of that which love is shined upon. So be clear in realizing love’s power and steadfast in showering love even upon that which appears evil and untouchable for there is no such thing as untouchable – or evil for that matter, there is only that which is caught in the difficult illusion that has begrimed them and held captive their hearts. So Love is the answer in all places even those that seem unavailable to it.
SEE ONLY ONE

Find the light that you are yourself before attempting to engage another or shine light upon another. Be sure and clear in your own body mind spirit alignment before you venture out to offer light to others, for you are too vulnerable to the duality of human thought when you are not truly aligned with yourself. Your vision and heart and mind and strength must be steadfast in seeing only the light, the love and the spiritual embodied presence of everything that stands before you. When you can see this, nothing can touch you and you will then radiate such things yourself. So stand in the alignment of your spirit’s vision, see through the eyes of One before venturing forth. This is your platform and the vehicle that empowers your journey through the lands filled with (proverbial) land mines and armored tanks. When this unified vision is the platform of your life your vision penetrates even the densest matter : See through the eyes of spirit and see only One.
BEING HUMBLE AND NOT KNOWING
The last and most powerful way to engage life that I will mention is to be humble and be true to not knowing. As you engage from this place, your spiritual being self, the part of you that is all knowing, can come through your vessel and assist the actions of life, the beauty of form and the healing and health of all life on Earth.
This is the blessing, this is the wonder, this is the truth that you seek and all others wish for, whether they are aware of it or not. So joyous ones, go forth into the world aligned with your true spiritual genesis, with your loving heart engaged, with your spiritual eye(s) polished and clear, and know that nothing more is asked of you in this lifetime here on earth for this is the true and only work of the One in human form on planet Earth in this glorious time of transformation.

Bravo! Soldiers of Enlightenment

Dear Ones, a great opportunity is now present to live without strain, stress, organized inequality on planet Earth, where all beings hold to the truth of unity, oneness and the harmony of joyful union with all of life. Now the world is in a place of readiness, there are opportunities that uphold this truth and your work is in “shouting from the mountain tops” for it to be heard, seen and known. As the vision of life lived in union with all that is is fleshed out, there will be an “ahha” moment that changes everything and everyone. What must occur for this to happen in its planned timing is for enough people to see and know these truths. How? By the grace and persistence of ones like you. The truth of unity is desperately trying to be seen and heard and known, and your efforts are like the gentle push downhill for a stationary item. All it needs is a bit of help and it will do the rest of the work.
You see the union of the natural laws and the singular efforts of an engaged human are greatly felt in the outcome and unified response of the human family. So much healing will occur. Union with all that is, will do this, -the populace has not yet experienced that level of healing and hopefulness, for it has not been previously available. So now, the truth of the moment is that the forces of unity need your help to engage the populace in the true reality of union with all that is and vision from the inside: as God of God.
Humans Hold Veto Power Over The God Within
You see the engaged human life is harmonized in intent at the human level- with the God that exists inside the human, they are one in the same, yet the human has veto power, and most humans hold that power very tightly. As the human moves towards full surrender to the higher self within, (or God), that veto power is used less and less and the higher power within has more of a platform in the human’s systems for active interaction with life.
A Change In Humanity’s Nervous System
There has always been the power the higher self holds in the life of the human individual, none of that is changed, what is changing is the environment that the interactions flow through, and so there is a more clear autonomic nervous system ingredient that allows this awareness of the Higher Self to be held in the space of “YES! I am that, and so much more is possible for my life”. So when the intent is there, to “be” and do more and to exhibit those traits of the higher self: of love, compassion, wisdom, harmony, humility, truth, abundance and such…then the world is transformed and life can move to a different octave, a different level, and a different reality is born.
Soldiers of Enlightenment
So Bravo! and Namaste, to the soldiers of enlightenment who form up each day and each night to engage this task and practice. It is for your efforts that much is possible and for this we are so grateful.
Now that the human family realizes: the need,
the way to go
and the vision…
there is only:
the will to act
the vision through God’s eyes, ears, and sensory system;
action as God’s creator
and the willingness to see as God sees in action and attention- all the time.

Glimpses of this state are like the horsd’oevres at a meal, they are not the whole thing. You must fully engage, the life you live, from the internal power that you know that is: unity in action and truth in display.
So for this we say, “Bravo, thank you” and “all power to your efforts” to know and demonstrate the truth of this.
We are complete. Namaste we are One. And so it is.

The Land of The Free and The Brave

Dear One, Good Morning, and Namaste. So the day has begun quite early and we feel your reticence to begin it… sleep is a mesmerizing and beautiful relief from earthly form. So much possibility and performance is lost in the sleep hours of the human being. So much more is possible when the human taps into the wealth of divine love and energy. The way to do such a thing is to engage yourself fully in each and every moment, as the divine being that you are. Now, there are ways and means by which this happens and the human drama of life makes it difficult for this to occur, so whatever you can do to limit the drama in life it is a wise choice. Now the world awaits a human population that is engaged at the level of divine vision, and thus the world is tired of waiting as the human population still insists on seeing the world through the human eyes it has become used to.
Leave Suffering Behind
We invite the world to change. We invite the humans reading this to leave the realm of suffering to enjoy the realm of divine grace and harmony. Like leaving one room and entering another. If the room your life has formed itself into is the suffering room, your vision is the mechanism through which you may change. The eyes you see through are powerful and the personal vision you use, and the explanations you give life make a HUGE difference in the outcome and the chronology that is created. The facebook timeline gives a lovely picture of your life, and your vision and your thoughts, and your ideas, and the world can be seen in a way similar to this. What you will find is that if you begin to use the vision of God’s perspective, through God’s eyes, the events that occur after this change in your life will be quite different, quite benevolent in comparison, so enjoy the new potential and possibility and begin anew!
God’s Eyes Hold the Key
Not many people have made this change, and not enough people have noticed its outcome, so these words will hopefully stimulate you to find that truth and that way of God’s perspective through your own eyes. Not seeing through God’s eyes one lives in separation, which is no place to thrive from. The eyes of God are unified, they hold your body and your life in the ONE CRADLED form and formless reality, safe, humble, ensured of the one truth that I am not and never was separated from all that is, and from this knowing and vision the body is different, the mind is more calm, less fearful and life changes.
Why is it life can change from a simple perspective change? Because the world is like the screen opposite a (movie )projector receiving the imprint of that which is being put forth. You, by your ideas, actions, thoughts and emanations are “putting forth” what occurs in your life. This can be a sobering realization and an unsettling truth, but it is the key to the liberation that you seek. You and your ancestors have carried the yoke of separation long enough. Imagine that you have carried a heavy burden for years upon years, and you and your ancestors don’t know that you carry it. The release of your idea and vision of life as separate from everything around you is the yoke, and letting it go is available to you in this very moment.
It needn’t take years and hard work to do this, it is possible RIGHT NOW to see yourself as part of all that is… part of the great dance of unity and harmony and competition and tolerance…part of the great force that is in action through the vessel of you and your body/mind substance. Yes, your mind creates substance that is creative for yourself and the all that is, that you are a part of, inseparable from- and because of this, what comes from a life lived in this way is nothing short of miraculous. So be blessed by your own thoughts, your own life and your own reality and know that all is well!
God’s Vision Creates a Beautiful World
What is required to change the outpouring that your life is, is to change the vision that you see and explain itself by. Explain your life to yourself through the grand unified vision of a vast being that IS everything around you. From this perspective and the realization of the power you hold from that perspective to create a beautiful world, much can be transformed for you.

What does one do with the suffering, discord and difficulties that lie in the world you created yesterday? Do them a favor and see them too through the eyes of God, as simply perfect manifestations of the energies and actions that came prior to them. Like a formula for life, they are what comes after the equals sign. Those occurrences and happenings belie the material that went into their creation. So by choosing differently, the outcome is different, the meaning you make from things that happen is different, and the world’s occurrences become (way) more beneficial at many levels. So enjoy the view from the lofty perch of God’s eyes, God’s viewpoint and KNOW that you are supported in this change. The vessel that you are, the container of Grace that you embody is and always has been available to something much greater. Even if you find yourself in a state of sickness, addiction, ill health and disharmony- something much greater will come to your life if you change how you see yourself and the world around you.

Jesus on Easter, Resurrection and Busy-ness

Dear One, You are so funny, imagining that I am more busy today. Being Easter. More people at attention to my name and energy perhaps, but no I am no more busy today than usual. It is an interesting thing that the life that is lived as Jesus is thus, no more is there a concern with earthly limitations, and busy is an earthly limitation. Time limitation creates busy. OR perceived time limitation creates busy-ness, as though what is being done is not reason enough for doing it, and that judgment demands that it be done quickly to get it over with and thus the busy ensues. Everything that is possible to do on planet earth has an inherent opportunity within it. Each pastime, endeavor and work is meant to be in its own way and wisdom flows from its doing. So in busy-ness there is an assumption that the next thing is more worthy than THIS thing and hence the out of time aspect of life ensues. IT is not meant to be like that on earth. Earth is a place for choice and awareness of options, but to be sacrificing what is occurring right now, for a better something that will happen afterwards, which is what being busy is about, is not worth the trip to human body… Not worth the sacrifice of time and energy, the payment is too high for such a plan to be enacted… so there is my response to your innocent human idea of what Jesus might experience on Easter. Namaste. We speak in great love and amusement for you and the whole idea. (twinkle in his eye).
May I ask a question, or do you wish to simply proceed as usual?
Ask away.
Easter, Good Friday, the rock, the resurrection, your true body of flesh vs your spiritual body that is inter dimensional… Please tell me the story that your human life experienced at the “end” of it.
My oh my, dear one, you surprise me, never before interested in such things, but here goes. My life as a human was paid for dearly as the embodied Christ. The God as self-expression held itself within my body system and thus I was no longer subject to the laws of human flesh, this transcendence of human fleshly and bodily laws came at great sacrifice in apparent suffering as the body of Jesus was hung on the cross. My focus was solely upon the God that I am in that entire event, which was a herculean effort, and thus enabled the transcendence of the human laws. The body that I am and was, was laid down in the cave and rested. Post event the body was resurrected and thus the arisen self, the self fully embodied as the Christ transcended beyond re-entry to human life body in the old sense, subject to the old laws, or the laws that humans now subject themselves to, these laws could no longer touch me, for my focus held so strongly upon the divine, the father, the grace the spirit transported me to the realms of transcendent human spiritual life and thus the different experience of life on Earth ensued. A life on Earth now occurs for me that is both earthly and inter dimensionally strategic. I am no longer limited by Earth’s laws as YOU know and experience them, I am now experiencing life in an inter-dimensional transcendent way. It is so much simpler this way, and so much more is possible. You see life as a human is filled with the choices of focus and effort, and ways to be, the life as I now know it is filled with only the God that I am and know you to be. So I see only one thing as I look from these eyes. I know you as God, I know all things as God and thus it is much simpler.
For you the practice is to cultivate seeing and being the God that you truly are. The God that all are. The holy sacred self exists all around you, and as you see this, recognize this, know this and live this you transcend the earthly limitations of the body that you now inhabit. IT is like a golden staircase that you must travel. No one can do it for you, you must do it yourself. Of your own vision and will it is possible. It is available to all people of all faiths and ways, and is not simply the way and road to salvation it is what was envisioned for Man upon Earth from the start. And so the chance to return there, as I have done, is the message and work of my life. And so it is. I’ve left the light on… awaiting your arrival! Namaste we are ONE. And so it is.
I do these early in the morning, and today I lay back down and was thinking of Easter and the inherent energy of this day and the opportunity of the energy of this day, and I thought to ask…
Jesus what is the promise of the day Easter?
The promise of the day Easter, is the promise of each and every day, that the arisen Christ within you is manifest in form and function in your life. IT is that the world as you have known it, the world that has grasped you, and held you captive in so many ways, by your own focus and ideas of limitation and your definition of reality, these things have held you in ways that have hurt and harmed, and been the cause of much suffering, and what Easter holds for you and so many others is the chance to look beyond the physical “reality” to the potential created reality of heaven on Earth: the human opportunity to transcend the physical realm AS YOU KNOW AND EXPERIENCE it. In transcending what is meant is that your body is different as your focus becomes singular to God alone. As ALL THINGS in your sight become the GOD that you are and know, then the new world awakens within your cells, your sight: your reality is different. Your wisdom is Christ or God’s wisdom, and your thought is God’s thought. You needn’t be subject to your little self’s ideas or thoughts in the same way, and thus the day of Easter and the life of a Christ exhibit certain qualities that are available to all every day, but perhaps are a unified focus upon this day of Easter. So the invitation to see all , and know all as yourself, as the all-potent powerful present and manifest God self that you are, this is Easter’s gift and message. Rebirth to the new (yet truly old) reality of the Christ alive as you on Earth. Namaste we are one and so it is. I await YOUR presence here with me, and the celebration is NOW.

Does Your Life Feel Like One Big Question Mark?

Does Your Life Feel Like One Big Question Mark?
Mine does. There are questions that I can’t answer, problems I can’t solve. Lack of resolution can drive me crazy, until I remember. I remember that there is only ONE of us here, that nothing is separate, that all things are whole. It sure doesn’t feel that way often, yet there are things that, when I remember to do them seem to help a lot:
Seeing the world as a unified whole, coming back into the present moment, just breathing and appreciating whatever is around me.
Seeing the Unity of All Things- can be a challenge because everything appears separate. What I have discovered is that when you look for, or sense the innermost part of all physical form, it is all made of the same “stuff.” The same space, between the tiniest particles exists in everything, and miraculously it communicates with itself throughout time and space, no matter how far away, communication occurs. So remembering unity helps me when I have to say goodbye to someone I love, I say “we can never be separate” and hope that eventually every cell of my being will feel it and believe it. Remembering the unity and looking for it puts ease into my body and nervous system, it’s amazing but as you focus upon this bond that all things have, something miraculous occurs and ease returns. Not being separate, or separated feels really good, at the deepest levels, Probably because it is the truth, and our bodies recognize that.
Breathing- Returning to the breath, is such a state changer. I find my mind is busy, busy, busy, my body is constantly doing, and I forget to be here, right now in this moment. Watching the breath is one way to return to the now, which is the place of power because it is where we create consciously. If we are caught up in our minds, and the past and the future, we are creating UNconsciously. So the simplest practice of returning to the breath can have very potent effects in our life, as it brings us back to now. Now is the only thing we have, or ever have, so inhabiting the now, is a practice that brings me peace and helps me to create my world differently.
Gratitude. No matter what we are facing we have many things to be grateful for. It can be a challenge to focus ourselves upon those things that we do have, and are grateful for, but it is a potent way to create what we do want in our lives, and change our perspective on life instantly. I can be thankful for the inhale and exhale, the life giving oxygen that I breathe, for the earth under my feet, , for the walls of the room I inhabit that shelter me from weather and storms, for the family, friends, pets, community that I am a part of. No matter what we have lost, we always have many things to be grateful for. Focusing upon what you do have and want helps to create more of it. So focusing upon those things that we are grateful for, brings more of those kinds of things, and that kind of feeling into our experience.

Creating Life As ONE

Our Unified Earth

Dear One, Namaste. So much is possible from the space of unity, where the ONE is the focus and where all linear three D action acknowledges this true unity and the oneness of all life and form.

So, how does that translate into a changed world? For a concept is not going to change the Earth unless it is brought forth into the conscious action of the human species. The human species lives an ENGAGED life, a life fully ON TARGET towards stated and unstated goals. This is simply the way humans ARE. So there is a power in this human WAY of living life that can be enlisted for the upliftment and engagement towards unity.

If the human family makes it their intention to engage life from the unified perspective of consciousness being ALL ONE, then transformation will occur on planet Earth. This commitment to unity will make all the difference as the human family will change, the things that happen will change, and unity will be the conscious reality and evident result of such a thing. It won’t happen over night, and it won’t be a simple and easy change, but it will be what allows life on planet Earth to remain strong and harmonized. What occurs now on Earth is leading to a very different result, and so it is auspicious and truly exciting that a sliver of potential exists within humans aligned to unity consciousness and committed to living life from that perspective.

You see, it changes everything as one LIVES a life of unity. If you go to the grocery story as a unified being, you go, and the world is uplifted, it is a better place for your having moved outwards in the way of unity, because you have a certain gentle awareness of the ripples you leave in your wake as you move, interact and engage life. You CARE.

Alternatively one focused solely upon their own individual motives of “getting something done”, is stacking “bodies” of interactions that create tidal waves of karma, and other such results of unconscious life.

When you go forth, and forget the unity of all things, and forget that what you do matters on subtle levels, you create karma that dogs your life and future lives. Mostly because some part of you that keeps SCORE is watching, and judging you for your inattentive, unconsciousness and thus is wishing for you something greater, something more, a different way of being. And the only way this observing aspect of yourself can connect with a higher truth within you is to rock the boat of your life, or upset the applecart of your being that way…

And so the disruptions that occur in your life, are often what precipitate the changes that make a different kind of life: a life engaged from the heart and from the realization that unity is the true material within which all life exists and interacts. As you live from that unified perspective, and engaged reality the world becomes a better place.

So my dears, please assist this into the unified field, so that others might find the engaged reality of union with all things as they move through life.

Namaste we are ONE. And so it is.

Transformational Rest Stops On The Highway Of Life

Dear One,
Let’s talk about the journey to getting to an awakened consciousness, in general terms. You see the journey to awakening is one of trials. The trials of life’s journey are like the rest stops along the highway, they come at intervals, because as the person journeys along, certain needs need to be met, and the trials, like rest stops fulfill those needs.
You see the trials of life assist an energy of willing transformation into being. What this means in effect is the human, as adversity is encountered has the will to change its thought patterns… finally. Until the adversity hits, the thoughts are entrenched and only aligned to the instilled beliefs of a lifetime of struggle in one manner. The adversity infuses into the life, struggle in another manner: through the diseased organism the broken heart(etc.) the alternative fuel of life is introduced if you will, and this shakes things up. The process gets interrupted and this is a good thing.

So the chance to notice this PROCESS as a good thing will assist the being to less stress for this event in a life. That is the benefit in knowing the landscape of awakening, for as the stressful transformative “opportunities” occur, you may recognize them for what their effect will be in your life, and not label them as “bad”. This has huge repercussions for you will breeze through them more quickly and their ease in transforming you becomes greater.

RESISTANCE
The wish of a being to go unscathed through life is strong, and who is it that scathes us? Only ourselves- by our resistance to what occurs. So as things pop up in your experience, there is nothing more benevolent than realizing for yourself the worth of this glitch as an evolutionary stimulant, and treat it, welcome it even, as such. “Oh here is an evolutionary stimulant, here is something to assist me to move beyond where I am now“, kind of like a push down hill on the sled of life. That is all it is. It is not a judgment about who you are, it is not anything more than an earthly tool to get you to change, to shed, to assist yourself beyond where you inhabit right now. That is all! It is really quite useful to know this, and as you become more of a veteran of watching your own life, and identifying the deeper meaning within occurrences, it becomes an easier game to play.

CHANGE 10 MILES AHEAD…
The human life is one of strife at intermittent intervals and seeing this frees you to get on with the true job when strife or stress or “stimulus to change” raises its ugly head in your pleasant and complacent life. You see when life is very pleasant and complacent; you don’t focus upon the essence of life as much. Although many of you do focus on gratitude and an attitude of love, there is a shedding of illusion that strife and difficulty will precipitate the removal of.

SCENIC OUTLOOK: Spiritual Vision
So we honor those of you going through strife and say, “lucky you” now is your time to get the universe’s attention and to move to the head of the class! So bravo to strife, for it shines the way up well and the shedding of illusion leaves you more free and more focused upon the true journey: the spiritual vision of life. This gift is one to be appreciative of, and holds your awareness to the love and honoring of the journey ITSELF over the product as you know it. (It’s about the highway not the destination!)

YOUR LIFE IS GOD’S LIFE
We wish for you to take in one more awareness around this and this is a subtle key: The human life is the One God’s life. The God’s life is a life of infinite capacity. The strife and struggle that comes into a human life is there only to assist it to become God’s life, a more true life, a life of higher potentiality. This is like the whip cream and cherry of life. Beautiful and enjoyable too!

Jupiter and Venus Aligned

Dear One, Today is a special day for there is an alignment with the planets worth noting. Not only is there an alignment but the symbology of the alignment is a powerful impetus to the way (direction) that the earth is going and will assist humans to awakening the heart in empowerment in a good and powerful way.

Now that the earth is aligned as such, the wisdom of these two planets is available for the human family in a way that is amazingly over generous: the world is filled with love and power but the two have never bothered to come together in their agreement. Today and the days that follow love and power are more aligned and closer than ever before and this bodes well for the human family.
The beauty will manifest in new a perfect ways and this is a wondrous opportunity for new levels of awareness, understanding and harmony to be evoked along these lines. Now that you have heard this you need to understand that the way to truth in awareness of a symptom like this (an physical illustration of a higher reality) is to live it- internally to live it as a participant in its manifestation. So instead of assimilating this information from the point of intelligence and mind candy, try to live it as you would if it were furniture in your living room. Venus and Jupiter are next to each other in YOUR living room, what does this mean for you and for them? How do you feel with them together? It is like two unlike objects sitting together, like catching the two people in your class that hate each other out on a date. It’s like that, and they are in your living room, i.e. your life.
